In 2011, Ascent Talent arranged Bilingual-Spanish brand ambassador teams for the Telemundo-Club de Noveleras Spring and Fall tours throughout the country. The program took place twice in Miami, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and New York City and required up to 40 Brand Ambassadors to work each event. With Maybelline and Garnier Fructis as the presenting sponsors, Ascent teams represented those two brands and also assisted in various operational roles including Event Greeters, Digital Photo Booth Operators, Runners, and Game Operators. Lastly, Ascent staff also helped with line control for exclusive Telemundo celebrity autograph signing sessions where event visitors had the chance to meet their favorite Telemundo stars. Ascent’s client was very appreciative of the team’s hard work and Ascent’s ability to arrange great Bilingual staff to execute the Telemundo events flawlessly throughout the country.
Xbox Kinect-Justin Bieber Tour
For a six-month program, Ascent Talent provided staff for Xbox Kinect at each of Justin Bieber’s ‘My World Tour’ tour locations. Ascent provided up to six outgoing, tech-savvy, and engaging Brand Ambassadors in 70 different cities with each BA being responsible for welcoming fans to the Xbox Experience, promoting Xbox Kinect, assisting with game demonstrations, and taking detailed Xbox surveys with an electronic tablet. Ascent Talent took part in introducing Xbox Kinect to hundreds of thousands Justin Bieber fans throughout the United States and Canada.
Samsung/AT&T-Keith Urban Tour
Ascent Talent assisted with the 50-date Keith Urban “Get Closer” North American Tour by providing up to 12 Brand Ambassadors per market for Samsung and AT&T. Ascent BA’s demonstrated the functionality of the new Samsung Infuse 4G2 smartphone to Keith Urban fans by capturing and emailing photos of fans by using the phone and also demonstrating how to post those pictures easily on Facebook and other social media sites. Additionally, a green screen photo experience enabled fan to rock out with Keith Urban and appear in a photo or video with him. Ascent provided event teams at each tour location to help “Get Closer” ticket holders learn about the benefits of owning the Samsung Infuse 4G2 smartphone.
